In order to achieve new industrialization, the high technological content, good economic benefits, low resources consumption, little environmental pollution and human resources advantages are all essential.

In order to change the structure of the Chinese economic, the government promote strategic to speed up the development of emerging industries,  especially support information industry, new energy, new material, new medicine, biological breeding, energy conservation, environmental protection, electric cars and other strategic emerging industries (Wang, T., 2009). They also give great support for the development of low carbon economy, green economy; strive to occupy the commanding heights of the international industry competition. The upgrading of traditional industries is also very important for the economic growth of China.

As for the income gap, Chinese government adjusts the economic structure to expand employment, vigorously develop the service industry, develop the labor-intensive industries, support the development of small-medium sized enterprises and the non-public sector. In order to play a confluence of laborer, market and the government pay attention on promoting employment. They also try the best to strengthen and improve the public employment services.

In general, Chinese economy is growing rapidly with a stable price; optimize structure, the good situation of the people's livelihood. But the economic situation in China is also unpredictable.
