  Even though every department accounts for their significance in large companies, there still should be a leading one  in terms of coordinating and administering social media content. This is partly because only the company which input more financially and timely for their core power can more efficiency be achieved in the long run. Leadership, not only illustrates the importance of one department , but also clarifies the responsibilities and control rights among the company since one decisive department determines the orientation and strategy of the whole company. In my opinion,it is the marketing department that is the leading one , determining the desired product , the targeting customers , and related targeting market.
  There are four major factors throughout the process of marketing ---the realization of their customers ,the target marketing, the related product, and the creation of loyal of their companies or the brands. I want to take the English language Training Institution “New Channel” as an example. Initially, the students who are eager to study abroad or participate in some English examination might become the customers of such institution, resulting in the concern for their needs and preference to ensure more information are collected and more needs are realized so that these requirements tend to be met via some related lessons or product. After knowing about the customers , the targeting segments should be confirmed. That is to say, only those who possess the conditions could have the potential to become the real audience during the marketing process. As for “the New Channel” , students , aspiring the exact training or even the VIP service, enjoy more possibility to be the final customers. During this process, the marketing staff need to realize the “product” owned in company and the similar requirement suggested by the clients to match them to finally impel a deal. To detect this specific segments, the marketing Quiz seems to be inevitable. For example, for the ELT institutions , some occasions for English examination or abroad study lecture might be good options for them to hand out the questionnaires. Ultimately, the professional and qualified “product” is also inevitable to ensure the loyalty for the existing students and willingness for the potential customers. 
  Marketing department is determinate because firstly, it is the targeting customers that determines the efficiency of operation by which I mean a correct and exact marketing pinpoint provides the smoother management and higher efficiency. Besides, the alteration of marketing are responsible for the change of the actions and views for initial stage such as the public relation department or the final stage such as the customer service . 
  Specifically, the goal of PR department is to communicate with others to solve an issue and to leave a positive image . Obviously, some positive and negative comments are included for any company before the deep comprehension of one company. That is to say, some criticism need to be coped with while some praise should be maintained . Nevertheless, the criticism might be different if the marketing customers are different so that different conversations are taken to leave a same positive views. Similarly, the responsibility of the customer services is to satisfy the customers who have accomplished the service. Even so, they also should be ascertained to be happy without complains. Therefore, the changing marketing segments might also determine the diverse solutions to improve the customers’ satisfactory. 
  To sum up, my unstable stance is that the marketing department plays the leading role for the whole management and the whole process .
