Understanding of global interdependence from the financial crisis in 2008

  Meltdown documented 2008 financial crisis which have been the worst economic crisis since the great depression in the 1930s. The beginning of the crisis can date back from August 9, 2007, when BNP Paribas stopped withdrawals from three hedge funding citing “a complete evaporation of liquidity”. The real reasons can be related to the overuse of the credit, the encouragement of the home ownership in the U.S and , easier access to apply for loans was provided to buy a house or to start business, leading the lack of money of the banks and insurance companies to support the their financial commitment, contributing to the bankrupt or abortion of the financial institutions world-widely. 
  Generally, the financial crisis affects millions of Americans and people around the world, from California to Iceland and China, it spreads dramatically to damage the financial institutions all over the world. In order to deal with the bad economic situations, lots of presidential campaigns was launched by the leaders, the aiming solutions changed according to the response, relative policies such as government bailouts, job opportunities were taken to minimize the effect. It seems that global financial systems was bonded together, a small financial storm can be spread out all over the world.
  In my opinion, the crisis give us a chance to know exactly the relationship between different countries even if the cost is so huge. No country is independent from others, and cooperation is a new trend to establish better environment. Thus accordingly policies or solutions to deal with financial problems in a perspective of the whole world rather than just limit yourself into a small area of thinking. Moreover, one reason for causing the crisis is the overuse of the credit, thus control the credit use is rather important, thus more supervision on loans should be processed.
