Meanwhile, keeping contact with Subway restaurant suppliers, let them know what the company need, make sure customers can get the fresh, healthy and clean food in their hands, also making sure the contract has no problem. Internal environment is about the conditions and stakeholder force with the firm. The manager has the vested interest in the Subway restaurant's continued operation, and the physical work environment is the environment he or she worked in and their job duties.

For the Chief of Police, the internal environment includes subordinates, crews, the police system hardware and the police internal traditional. The subordinates are the assistants of Chief of Police, similarly, it is the source of make task and plan for police system; crews and the hardware environment are the basis for the work; it is the security for the police system. The police internal traditional includes members of the police will work in what state. The task environment includes local government, government policy, and local residents, and in cooperation with the police bureau. Purpose and effect of police work is responsible for local residents and the local government; government policy affects the working state of the police administration, police work will change with the change of government policy; cooperate with police agencies is to support the work of the police. The general environment includes the local social culture, local law, relations between the police and local residents and government. The local law is the foundation and direction of police action. Social cultural conditions effect the local public security situation; the relationship with the local government and residents determines the degree of support; this support includes intangible support and tangible financial support. The internal environment, task environment and general environment, these three kinds of environments are stacked up is an outward diffusion of concentric circles. The center of a circle, there is the Chief of Police.
