In the modern world, social discrimination has already become a very hot topic all over the world. The play Peter and Wendy also describes the common phenomenon of social discrimination on disable people. As we all know, Peter and Wendy is a story that inspires and touches every person who has already seen it. Actually, every person understands that it is not rational and unfair to discriminate against disabled people because our society educate people not to discriminate disable people. As we all know, Peter is a naughty boy who has the ability to fly. He is always wandering over the city, and he falls in love with Wendy who is a girl who can tell a significant number of interesting stories. In the course of time, Wendy gradually falls in love with Peter, and she makes a decision to follow Peter to a lotus island to live a happy and free life. As a matter of fact, Wendy learns how to fly and she feels that everything is so magic and wonderful.

However, Peter is just a boy who cannot grow up forever. At last, Wendy makes a decision to leave Peter. The disabled captain appears when Wendy is very disappointed and injured. As expected, Wendy is quickly captured by the captain Hook, when    Wendy is in desperate despair. Wendy doesn’t discriminate Hook because he is a disable person, although Hook is only a robber. No one can deny the fact that the majority of individuals in the real world may discriminate the captain Hook due to certain reason. These groups of individuals hold the idea that the captain Hook is a cruel robber. He is not worth forgiving.

However, the disability community has a totally different view on the captain Hook. The disability community believes that it is necessary to treat all the disable people. Every people include disable people have the right to love and be loved. Therefore, they support the captain Hook to pursue his own happiness.

In fact, all the citizens are educated not to discriminate the disable. It seems that the governments throughout the world are releasing a number of policies to protect the right of the disable. However, what make people disappointed is that a large number of people still fail to treat the disable unfair, and they still cannot change their views on the disable. In the modern world, discriminating the disable has already become a common phenomenon, which arouses a great response in the human society. This kind of social discrimination may endanger a person's rights, future and destiny. At the same time, it will lead to and aggravate individual discrimination against the special population in essence. The legal system should standardize and avoid social discrimination through taking useful measures.

In general, Disable people have a number of differences with normal people. On the one hand, disable people usually have knowledge that is with stigmatization. Thus, disable people have the feature of dishonor. On the other hand, it is the language and logic that rationalize the unequal structure of the social categorization (Tokarev 1663). For me, I have the experience of communicating with a blind person. In the bus, no one is willing to give seats to a blind pregnant woman on the bus. I finally talked with her and gave my seat to her. Obviously, she was treated equally by people on the bus.

In summary, the governments have the responsibility to release related policies to protect disable people. Actually, the disabled have already suffered huge harm. If the society cannot give them more substantial opportunities and caring relying on the law, they will face a double whammy.
