Detoxification effect is one of the amazing benefits. Toxins which are accumulated in the body mostly come from the unhealthy foods being taken in. When you eat healthy foods, lesser toxins will accumulate in the body, leading to easier detoxification function by the cells and tissues. When toxins and chemicals in the body are easily eliminated, organs in your different organ systems can function better.

The mind will not work if it is not supplied with adequate amounts of energy and nutrients.
