The personality test, as the name suggests, is a test of personality. To understand what a personality test is, we first need to know what personality is. Personality can be defined as the stable behavior and internal processes that derive from individuals. This simple definition consists of two parts. The first part is about stable behavior. The important thing here is that personality is stable. The second part of the definition focuses on the internal process. The internal process is different from the interpersonal process that occurs between people. It starts from the heart and influences how people behave and how they feel all the emotions, motivations and cognitive processes.
