However, as a leader, he would work hard for the goal he had made. As he himself said, “If you're not stubborn, you'll give up on experiments too soon.” Jeff Bezos is a sharp-tongued boss. Although he might force his employees to follow his decisions, the employee’s respect to him is still high because of his meticulosity and diligence. He donated $800,000 to a company founded by a former Amazon employee, called Worldreader. (insidephilanthropy, 2017)

For instance, the origins of Kindle to the company's in-built focus on inventiveness. In the meantime, he tried to create the 10,000 year clock. He is also the founder of Blue Origin, the space company. Bezos takes customers seriously too. Customer satisfaction is one of the very core of the company's activities for Amazon. This can be improved by what he himself said, “The most important single thing is to focus obsessively on the customer. Our goal is to be earth's most customer-centric company.”  Bezos announced his purchase of The Washington Post for $250 million in cash in 2013. (Farhi, 2013)The real reason for his purchase may not be clear shortly, but for the long run. This can be consider as his forward-looking.

Thirdly, Jeff Bezos has expert power. In 1995, after leaving Wall Street, Bezos began his Amazon in his garage. And in February, 2017, his net worth is US$72.3 billion. He paid attentions to those business details. According to the description of Portfolio.com, Jeff Bezos is an “executive who wants to know about everything from contract minutiae to how he is quoted in all Amazon press releases”. (P., 2009)He also made the group as small as possible for individual ideas. And he supports the ideas of being strong willed and detail oriented.

Lastly, the socialized power, can be seen from his philanthropy. Nonprofit projects funded by Bezos Expeditions include Clock of the Long Now which cost 42 million, Bezos Center for Innovation at the Seattle Museum of History and Industry which cost 10 million, Bezos Center for Neural Circuit Dynamics at Princeton Neuroscience Institute which cost 15 million.
