The psychological contract means the subjective faith of the employees and the organization on their rights and compulsories. Apart from the traditional tangible and written contracts such as labor contract, organizational regulations, rules and so on, the psychological contracts are formed according to these tangible contracts and some other factors, such as what are the roles of the organizations and the employees, as well as what rights they can enjoy. The psychological contracts are always connotative and always different from person to person, while they are the important factor that influences the behaviors of the organization. Therefore, in the practices of human resource management, consciously and designedly conducting and managing the employees’ psychological contracts are absolutely a necessity.

Firstly, the HR managers should inspire with their employees. Generally speaking, whether the employees can work effectively, show their responsibilities and loyalties to the organization and objectives, as well as get satisfaction from their job are, to big extent, depended by the inspirations presented by the organization.

Secondly, the organization should strengthen the management of the staffs’ careers. In organizations, what the employees pursue is not only the economic benefits, but also to show personal abilities and accomplish life value of them. In such a society, the career is always the core part of a person’s self-concept, as well as the origin of the social class and respects. The development of vocation, in nature, is the combination of the self-concept and external environment. Therefore, organization has the compulsory to develop the staffs’ abilities to the maximum, and provide them continual growth and contribute to the team.

Thirdly, the organization should create special corporation cultures based on their abilities. The corporation cultures are the living style of the organization, as well as the common value concept, faith and system in organization. Once the corporation cultures formed, it will play an important part in regulating the staffs’ role and guiding their value. This recognition to the group role will ultimately work after the formation of the social angles and psychological contracts.
