Jonathan K. DeMuria proposes the problem of Volcafe USA’s ISF. The problem is is important to this reader, because this reader has spotty internet connection, language translation confusion, and a misunderstanding of the severity of punishment resulting from the no compliance. The audience seems pretty appropriate for this issue.

Specifically, what evidence is most convincing that the writer of this proposal can/will do a competent job on the formal report? What other information might add to the writer’s credibility?
Jonathan K. DeMuria has a detailed and reasonable plan for this experiment and has five years of relevant work experiment. Also, his major is law and society, thus he knows how to do the project well.

The schedule is realistic. The proposed tasks are important and eloquent to the project. It seems that the project can be carried out according to the listed schedule.

Strengths: The proposal looks reasonable and practical.
Weaknesses: The proposal seems to lack enough resources to carry out. The proposal involves so much relevant information that requires enough people and materials to do. But I do not see any relevant plans on this proposal.
