ASD’s Proposed Move to Cell Manufacturing Introduction During the past few months, ASD has held a number of employee meetings to discuss what Cell Manufacturing is, and what the benefits of Cell Manufacturing to the company are. ASD is hoping to find out through this survey / group discussion, if and how the information from previous training sessions has been received by all those involved in making the change to Cell Manufacturing. ASD is looking and hoping for a positive outcome from all of those involved before proceeding with its change to Cell Manufacturing. ASD has created a Meeting Notice, which has the scheduled meeting time, and date for each employee depending on which department (and shift where required) they are assigned. All employees are expected to attend their scheduled time for taking the survey and group discussions. Any deviations from this schedule will need to be brought to the attention of their immediate manager or supervisor. The survey which has been created for ASD’s proposed evaluation and subsequent discussions has been created, with the ideas of Appreciative and Positive questioning.
