To put it more specifically, work ethic determines how a certain employee connects to occupational responsibilities like accountability, cooperation, dedication, determination, effort, goal-setting, reliability, task completion, timeliness, volunteerism and so on (Aaron Pack. 2016), which indicates that people who have stronger work ethic can complete a series of occupational responsibilities better. Stronger work ethic of the employees can be conducive to yield better performance due to their higher willingness to work for the company.
