Mindfulness life

The main purpose of the article is to inform people how they can make use of mindfulness in their daily life. A lot of information had been mentioned in the article but a few most useful ones are about the methods of applying mindfulness in our lives. The most important information in it is the difference between mindless eating and mindful eating because the way we consume will directly affect our health. Most people who do mindless eating focus on talking or other things when eating, instead of focusing on what they are eating. However, if a person is doing mindful eating, he concentrates his smell and taste on the food and take it like a great experience. However, I think what influenced me most is about the notion of mindful living and mindful relationship.

In fact, while a person is able to apply mindfulness in his or her life or relationship, this person will be compassionate and more considerate. The reason is because if we can accept the happiness and sorrow in our life, our attitude towards other people’s suffering and wrongdoings will be more tolerant. I will apply this mindful living rule in my life because in the past, I had held a lot of grudges. For example, if a person had done me wrong, I chose to curse him forever but now in believe that I need to decide what is more important in my life. Apparently, holding grudges will not do me any goods. The reason is because if we get stuck in the past, it is unlikely for us to move forward for a better life. Mindful living is a great tool to make sure that our life is in balance and we do not seek for trifling troubles in our relationships and other parts of life.
